Apostolic Life Centre is an independent church fellowship that meets on first Sunday each month. Established by Rod Clark. Rod was born into a christian family of five brothers and three sisters. His mother and father, the Late Bill and Phyllis Clark were evangelistic.  The Clark family along with many others were instrumental in  christian outreach  and visitation programmes  in the Knox, Boronia areas during the 1960's and 70's. Rod  understands the importance of strong and healthy family  relationships.  His father was an open air preacher and boldly proclaimed Jesus Christ wherever he went, his emphasis was on household salvation.  Rod has three beautiful married daughters and seven grandchildren.  Rod Clark is a warm, friendly, caring and loving person who reaches out to the oppressed, the sick and needy folk in communities across Australia.  Rod Clark has continued his upfront apostolic evangelistic call that is definitely from God. Rod preaches Jesus Christ who died, is risen and will  definitely return again.  The christian fellowship meetings on the first Sunday of each month are open for all to attend in a relaxed friendly environment at  the Boronia Progress Hall  134 Boronia Rd, Boronia Victoria, Australia.

1. The Bible and that Jesus Christ is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, He is before all things and by him all things consist. He was with God the father at creation, was manifest to man by the virgin birth through Mary chosen by God the father. He grew in stature and in favour with God and man, he was crucified for the sins of mankind, buried and rose again on the third day by the Holy Spirit, he descended into hell defeated Satan and death, and was taken up into Glory, He reigns supreme in the heavens with God the father and will return to bring the dead in Christ and those who remain to be with him in his eternal kingdom. Col: 1:17, Luke 1;34, 1 John 3: 1,2

2. The Holy Spirit has been given to all who gladly receive him. He, the Holy Spirit leads, guides helps and strengthens those who believe and uphold the name of The Lord Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit also empowers Christian believers to carry on the work of the church to manifest Christ in the church and to the world with signs that follow the proclamation of the good news of the risen Jesus Christ. 1 Cor 15, John14, John 11

3. We believe in the gifts of The Holy Spirit to be used wisely and in love at appropriate times including The word of wisdom, word of knowledge, faith, gifts of healing, working of miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, speaking in tongues and interpretation of tongues. 1 Corinthians chapters 12, 13, 14 Romans 12

4. The good news of Jesus Christ is for all regardless of race, religion, age ability or status. Jesus Christ is over all and has final judgement of those who believe and of those who do not believe. The Judgement of The Lord Jesus Christ for the believer is of his reward, eternal salvation and to the non-believer of eternal punishment. John 3; 16,17 Rom 3:23, Rom 6;23

5. We believe in Community, sharing our resources and caring for one another with the emphasis on the family unit. Husbands loving their wife as Christ loved the church and gave himself for the church. We believe in mutual submission to each other at it is right before God. We believe in the sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman. We understand divorce, separation and grief, we believe in the comfort of The Holy Spirit in every situation. Acts 2:45, James chapter 2 Ephesians 5

6. We believe in the importance of communication with God through praise, worship prayer, meditation, kind thoughts and reading of the Holy Scriptures Psalm 150, Colosians 3 Ephesians 3

7. We believe in giving thanks and praise to God in song, music and dance . Acts 2;42-47 Psalm 150

8. We believe in following the command of Jesus Christ in water baptism and The Holy Spirit, communion and fellowship with other Christian believers. Acts 2:41 Acts 2: Romans 6

9. We believe in Prayer, Encouragement and Christian living prayer for government, prayer for the sick, encouragement and building up each other in faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Jude

10. We believe God has given Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers to his church for the building up and encouraging of each other along with appointed elders and deacons to minister effectively.
